Tropical Mojo Marinade
Our Tropical Mojo Marinade packs the tangy notes of citrus with fresh ginger, cilantro and garlic. Unlike most commercially prepared marinades, we pack ours with fresh ingredients and add no gums, starches, modifiers or extenders. Use as a traditional mojo to marinate chicken, pork, as well as a quick marinade for white fleshy fish. Use as a finishing sauce to splash on grilled food. Great for rotisserie cooked foods.
