OUR INSPIRATION.
The charm and beauty of the Greek Islands paint a stunning backdrop for Greece’s bounty of fresh culinary delights. Greek Island Spice was born out of the love of travel and the challenge to recreate an authentic experience. We wanted to capture real flavors and authentic culinary experiences of cuisines from around the globe. And in order to accomplish that, only fresh authentic ingredients and traditional artisan techniques would be fitting.
INNOVATION
Greek Island Spice is a niche manufacturer dedicated to creating and manufacturing highly innovative products since 1995. We do not produce commodities, rather, every product in our extensive line of handcrafted condiments is unique to the industry in that we start with simple minimally processed fresh ingredients. Our to the trade only condiments are designed to assist busy restaurants, trend-setting manufacturers and leading edge grocers in creating enticing and healthy meals.

RESPECT FOR OUR PLANET
Although we may be a small company, we still strive to embrace environmental responsibility as a core company value. We have several ongoing initiatives to foster environmental sustainability and minimize our impact on the environment. We recycle all of our cardboard and paper. As possible, we donate cans, plastic crates, and pails to local artists, gardeners, craftsmen, culinary schools and even an equestrian charity. We plant one tree for every cardboard carton that leaves our plant.
