Roasted Rosemary Pesto
Generous portions of fresh roasted rosemary and garlic with fresh basil are complimented by a splash of Cabernet Sauvignon and Balsamic Vinegar. It is robust and earthy, great for prime rib or any other slow roasted meats. Because of its robust herb flavor, a little goes a long way to enhance rustic bean salads, broths and even breads.
