Geographically speaking “Asian” food could refer to a wide range of cuisines including Chinese, Indian and even Middle Eastern, with vastly differing ingredients and cooking styles. The Asian condiments listed below are more specifically Southeast Asian and a typical of the cuisines of Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia. We have added a few “Asian Inspired” ideas that work great as complimentary flavors.
