
Authentic Moorish spices predominate this warm, earthy blend of Northern African and Spanish influenced mélange. Yogurt tames a bit of the heat and gives the blend creaminess. Raisin juice rounds out this very versatile blend. This is an excellent condiment to create paella or Moroccan dishes with sweet fruit additions typical to North African cuisine.
