
A spicy and aromatic blend of traditional African spices such as cumin, cloves, cardamom and fenugreek. It is a medium weight sauce and moderately hot. We blended with just enough hot chilies and ginger to balance heat with its warm spice notes. Used as a staple seasoning, a rub or add to stews and sauces.
